NaNoWriMo Day #1

Alright, everyone. I’m officially doing this: I starting writing a novel and I’m trying to win the National Novel Writing Month competition – which means I’ll try to get to 50,000 words before the end of the month.

Right now, I’m struggling to get past 300.

Good thing is, I have an outline of the story (so apparently I’m that kind of writer called a “Planner”, in opposition to the “Pantser”).

I’ll keep you posted and – maybe – I’ll introduce you to the characters and even let you have a look at some of the best bits!

Meanwhile, I’ll certainly find some time to post some reviews as well… I promise!

I lived for 23 years in Italy, before giving my life a long-desired twist and leave University to fly to the UK, were I've been living ever since. I attended Creative Writing Courses, but I have also learned how to write poetry as well as screenwriting. At the moment, I am working as professional translator, English Teacher and Italian Tutor.
